A Buckinghamshire wedding venue has secured second place in a UK-wide Instagram ranking, attracting almost 45,000 posts associated with its location.

A ranking by Premier Carriage Wedding Cars compared wedding venues across the UK based on their Instagram post counts to identify the locations generating the most attention online.

Hedsor House in Buckinghamshire ranks second nationally, with approximately 44.9k Instagram posts.

The country house wedding venue, located near Taplow, trails only Petersham Nurseries in London, which takes first place with 50.4k posts.

Kings Chapel in Old Amersham also features in the national top 20, placing 18th with approximately 10.9k posts.

Located in the heart of Old Amersham, the historic chapel offers an intimate alternative to traditional country-house weddings, with distinctive architecture providing a memorable backdrop for wedding photography.

Notley Abbey near Aylesbury ranks joint 30th, recording approximately 6.4k Instagram posts.

The historic venue is followed by Missenden Abbey in Great Missenden, which places joint 69th with approximately 4.0k posts.

Two other Buckinghamshire venues also feature in the ranking.

Buckinghamshire Railway Centre in Quainton places 126th, with approximately 1.4k posts, while Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross in Beaconsfield ranks 134th, recording around 1.3k posts.

The study compared Instagram post counts associated with wedding venues across the UK. Venues were ranked according to their recorded totals, with higher counts receiving higher positions.
