Aylesbury's first ever Matalan is opening with free retro sweets and tote bags for customers
Matalan opens its brand-new and first ever Aylesbury store this weekend, with retro sweets and tote bags given away to customers to celebrate.
The new store at Aylesbury Shopping Park, off Cambridge Street, says it will be offering customers a ‘fresh, contemporary shopping environment, with modern fixtures, grey mannequins, statement plinths and elevated displays showcasing Matalan's latest collections and seasonal trends’.
Designed to make shopping easier and more enjoyable, the store features dedicated spaces across womenswear, menswear, kidswear and homeware, giving customers the opportunity to discover everything under one roof.
Matalan says it continues to evolve its collections and customers can explore a ‘more curated approach to everyday style’.
To celebrate the opening on Saturday 7th November, Matalan is hosting a series of activities and treats for customers to enjoy from 9am.
Visitors will have the opportunity to take part in complimentary 10–15 minute express colour consultations with colour specialist, discovering whether warm or cool tones best complement their colouring, exploring their most flattering shades and picking up styling inspiration using pieces from Matalan's latest collections. Each participant will also receive a personalised takeaway colour card featuring a selection of swatches to use as a handy reference when shopping and putting outfits together.
Adding to the celebrations, customers will be welcomed with complimentary bags of retro sweets, while those who download the Matalan app and show proof of installation can also receive a complimentary Matalan-branded tote bag. Customers visiting throughout the opening week will also have the chance to discover additional offers and hidden vouchers, alongside the opportunity to receive a golden envelope containing an exclusive discount on launch day.
