Woman injured after car hits telegraph pole
A woman suffered minor injuries after her car hit a telegraph pole in Oakley this morning (Wednesday).
The emergency services were called to Bicester Road at just after 11.30am following the collision.
An ambulance service spokesman said: “The car left the road and hit a telegraph pole which then fell onto the car.
“The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital.”
Firefighters rescued the woman from the vehicle following the incident while the police attended and closed the road.
