Giant queue of traffic as McDonald's opens Aylesbury Bicester Road drive-thru

A giant queue could be seen right along Bicester Road back into the town centre this evening. As for the first time in months Big Mac and fries was back on the menu.

McDonald's announced that the Aylesbury drive-thru is back open today, as well as the High Street restaurant offering a delivery service.

And members of the public wasted no time in taking advantage of the change to enjoy fast food again, after the stores closed at the start of the coronavirus lockdown in March.

It seems McDonald's is very popular here, and that people are prepared to wait in line for a very long time to enjoy it.
