New tenants to breathe life into Vale Retail Park in Aylesbury

The Retail Park currently has several empty business units, and has become a bit of an eyesore in town.

However this all looks set to change, as Buckinghamshire Council confirmed that they had three tenants lined up for the huge empty buildings.

The Bucks Herald approached the Council for a comment on what was to be done with the empty units.

They said:

"Subject to planning and refurbishment works, we have a tenant lined up to occupy units 1, 2 and part of unit 3 at the Vale Retail Park."

However, they are keeping their cards close to their chest.

They said that they can't yet reveal any information about the tenants, because it is commercially sensitive information.
