Power outages cause chaos across Aylesbury

We've had several reports this morning of families having no power in their homes, after a series of power cuts across Aylesbury.

There were power cuts in Central Aylesbury, Bierton, Buckingham Park Estate, Broughton and Watermead.

They said: "An underground electricity cable faulted on our high voltage network, causing an area wide power cut. We apologise for any inconvenience."

UK Power networks have said the power will be back on anytime soon.
