Dad will be in hospital for 12 weeks following devastating crash
Vicky East said the incident has ‘destroyed the life of my family’ after her husband Dave was hit by a car while travelling towards Buckingham.
Mr East, 42, was airlifted to hospital with a broken neck, a broken back, and broken legs and arms after the crash on the Bletchley Road in Thornborough at the junction with Padbury Road on Wednesday, August 5.

Mrs East said: “The first I knew about it was when I had a phone call from the scene. The good news is that Dave should make a full recovery.”
A Crowdfunding page has been set-up to support the family financially as Mrs East is unable to work as she suffers from a chronic illness.
The couple have two children, Hayden, five, who attends Bourton Meadow Academy in Buckingham, and Torryn, who is just eight weeks old.

She said: “There are certain things my husband won’t be able to do now such as trials riding.
“Hayden was very interested in motorbikes and I just hope he has not been too traumatised by what has happened.
