Lee Thomas from Winslow 'served with injunction' for disorderly and aggressive behaviour in Missenden Close

A man from Winslow has been given a civil injunction in connection with number of incidents of anti-social behaviour.

Lee Thomas, aged 33, of Missenden Close, Winslow, was served with the injunction that was issued by Milton Keynes County Court and is in place until November 2022.

The injunction was obtained by Hastoe Housing in partnership with Thames Valley Police and prohibits Thomas from engaging in disorderly behaviour, such as shouting and using foul language to any person in Missenden Close, Winslow and engaging in aggressive, threatening or violent behaviour to any person.

He is also prohibited from contacting, speaking to or communicating with certain people listed in the order. Thomas can be arrested if he breaches any of these conditions.

Neighbourhood Sergeant David Kuttner, said: “This injunction gives us the power of arrest if Thomas breaches any of these conditions, allowing us to take a strong stance in situations where the threshold for a criminal offence may not have been met.

“The evidence for this injunction was collated in partnership with Hastoe Housing and so demonstrates the co-operative work that we continue to undertake with our partners to tackle anti-social behaviour and improve the quality of life for local residents.
