Five men have been arrested after an incident which saw police cordon off a house near The Broad Leys pub in Aylesbury on Saturday.

Police cordoned off the house on the Wendover Road after reports of a fear for welfare at around 3.55am on Saturday - as reported by The Bucks Herald.

Police have now confirmed to The Bucks Herald that two 22-year-old men, a 23-year-old man, a 26-year-old man - all from London - and a 23-year-old man of no fixed abode, were arrested on suspicion of assault thereby occasioning actual bodily harm, robbery and false imprisonment.

They have all been released on police bail. An investigation is ongoing.
