An iconic country house in Aylesbury has been named in the top five Instagrammed National Trust locations in UK, according to a new study by MyJobQuote.

With restrictions easing and some lovely weather, Brits have finally been able to plan lots of days out and visit some of the UK’s most beautiful and historic tourist destinations.

In a new study MyJobQuote have analysed the UK’s National Trust locations Hashtags on Instagram, and have ranked the top 20 most picture-worthy according to the platform's users.

They have revealed Waddesdon Manor, in Buckinghamshire as the UK’s fifth most Instagramed National Trust site, with 40,210 Hashtags.

The 19th Century French Chateau was originally constructed to store an extensive collection of rare fine art. This architectural masterpiece is picture-perfect, and is also home to colourful Victorian gardens and a collection of equally vibrant exotic birds.

In all the National Trust locations, the south of the country appears to be the best for an Instagram-worthy snap, taking up 60 per cent of the top 20.
