Coronavirus update: No new deaths reported in Bucks for fourth consecutive day

The number of people who have died in the region with coronavirus remains at 245.

Data shows that 125 people are reported to have died in hospitals in Buckinghamshire with coronavirus between 1 March – 24 June, and 120 people have died in the region's care homes with the virus between 10 April – 19 June. Data for Buckinghamshire does not include figures for Milton Keynes.

Across the UK, the death toll has risen by 149 in the past 24 hours. The number of people who have sadly lost their lives to the disease in the United Kingdom is now 43,230.

Globally, coronavirus has now claimed the lives of 486,176 people, with at least 9.6 million people known to have contracted the disease.
