Coronavirus update: 545 more deaths across the UK as Bucks toll rises above 200

The number of deaths from coronavirus in Buckinghamshire has now exceeded 200 after new data released today reveals 11 more deaths in care homes across the region.

211 people are now known to have died with coronavirus in Buckinghamshire in 11 weeks.

Data shows that 110 people have now died with coronavirus in Buckinghamshire hospitals between 5 March – 18 May, and 101 people have died in care homes in the region between 10 April – 15 May. Statistics for Buckinghamshire do not include Milton Keynes.

Across the United Kingdom 545 people have been reported to have died with coronavirus in the past 24 hours, taking the total to 35,341 since the beginning of March.

- Going to shops to get things like food and medicine, or to collect things you've ordered

- To exercise or spend time outdoors
