The Programme highlights issues such as stress and anxiety, physical fitness, healthy eating, work/life balance, and diabetes through a monthly calendar of events.

Andrew Woods, managing director at Spratt Endicott, which serves the area from offices in The Old Town Hall Market Square, Buckingham, said: “It is so important that our team feel that they are more than just employees here, and we strive to create a culture where our team feel valued and look forward – as much as possible – to coming in to work.

“To have our efforts recognised when we’ve been judged against our peers is a fantastic achievement.”

Carole Carbery, HR Manager, said: “We are absolutely delighted. It’s such a rewarding programme to run. We see the impact it has on our team day to day.

“The fact that this has been recognised outside of the business as well is just so overwhelming.”

The award winners will be announced next month.
