Residential property is one of the few sectors that has had a successful pandemic, with the market booming.

Throughout all lockdowns the property market has stayed fully open to support unprecedented demand as homeowners and tenants alike look to upsize, downsize, relocate and most importantly ‘right size’ their life in the wake of the pandemic.

And Hunters Estate Agents have been riding that wave, as they look to expand operations in Aylesbury

The new office is situated in the refurbished 19th Century County Offices in the heart of historic Aylesbury and the team will be servicing the town but also the surrounding areas within Aylesbury Vale.

Caroline Murgatroyd, founding Director of Hunters, said:

“We are delighted to be opening up in Aylesbury at such an exciting time, as we all head out of lockdown and look forward to a brighter future.

"Aylesbury is a natural extension for us to expand our footprint and complement sister branches we operate in Tring & Leighton Buzzard.

"In fact, we have been successfully helping to buy, sell and rent property in Aylesbury for many years we just didn’t have an office in the town.”

To celebrate the new office opening, the Hunters team are offering £ 500 off sales fees and 50% off rental set up costs for all new instructions until 31st August 2021.

Hunters are available to offer full market appraisals for both sales and rentals either in-person or via virtual valuations. Simply call 01296 796509 to book an appointment.
