The London Concert Orchestra will be joined on stage by guest singers to lead a concert of famous music and songs, writes Heather Jan Brunt.

Hide AdTim Howar, c0-lead singer with Mike and the Mechanics, is one of the vocalists who will be bringing the magical music to life.
The most memorable of movie music from over five decades, the concert will include songs like From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, Diamonds Are Forever, Live And Let Die, The Spy Who Loved Me, Moonraker, For Your Eyes Only, Licence To Kill, Tomorrow Never Dies and Skyfall.
Louise Dearman will join Howar to recreate the Bond magic and ignite thoughts of the famous British spy’s wild escapades in glamorous locations around the world.

Hide AdHowar is a Canadian actor, singer and dancer, who has appeared in many musical theatre productions including West End shows Peggy Sue Got Married, the Rod Stewart musical tribute Tonight’s The Night, and he also played Roger in the rock opera Rent.
As a boy Howar sang with three choirs and started dancing at the age of 16. He was subsequently offered a scholarship with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet which he declined.
He concentrated on muscial theatre and appeared in several Canadian productions of Broadway shows.

Hide AdIn 2010, Howar joined Mike and The Mechanics with Andrew Roachford. The following year the album The Road was released featuring Howar and Roachford as lead vocalists. Howar most recently starred in the London production of Rock of Ages as Stacee Jaxx at the Garrick Theatre.
Louise Dearman has appeared in many musical theatre productions including a spell as Eva Peron in Evita, and Grizabella in Cats.
She has also been in touring productions of Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Grease. and her West End credits include Wicked, Guys And Dolls and Grease.

Hide AdBond and Beyond will also include a special tribute to other esteemed detectives and sleuths from film and television with classic signature tunes such as The Pink Panther, Hawaii Five-O, The Saint, Hill Street Blues, Bergerac, The Avengers, The Sweeney and Poirot.
Bond and Beyond comes to the Waterside for one night only on Friday November 21 at 7.30pm.
