Blues band hopes to put charity funds in the black.

EATON Bray couple Ronnie and Pete Farrar are hosting a gig with The Cadillac Blues Band in their large garden to raise money for charity.

Said Pete: “We’re not connected to the charity in any way but The Air Ambulance is a vital service which could save the life of any of us at any time.

“The East Anglian Air Ambulance covers Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. It costs in excess of £4m per year but receives no money from the government or the lottery, so every penny has to come from the donations and the hard work of the generous public, partly through events such as ours.

“On Sunday June 17 we have one of the best blues bands in the country. Come and listen to some fantastic music in wonderful surroundings and enjoy a lunch from our hog roast. There will be a licensed bar, a raffle with over £1,500 worth of prizes and other attractions to keep you amused from around midday until 6pm. It’s Fathers Day so all you dads

must insist that this is where you would like to be taken as a treat for the day”.

The event is being held in the grounds of 69 Bower Lane. Entry is strictly by ticket only. For more information and tickets call 01525 221583
