Road Runners show their support for the Hemel 10k
As usual, the team posted superb results, with Alex Eykelbosch crossing the line as first lady and seventh overall out of 366 finishers in a time of 42.12.
Paddy Ashton was the club’s first man across the line, 15th overall in 44.19.

The two front-runners were followed by Sam Fawcett, first senior lady and second lady overall in a time of 45.07.
Next was Kelly Du Buisson, fourth lady overall in 46.07, followed by Keith Wishart (46.32) Richard Bentley (46.44), Becky Fawcett (49.48), Richard Belsey (50.19), Rob Salt (50.25), Martin Kerr (50.26), Samantha Sullivan (51.42), Ken Perry (53.23), Jess Tanner (53.41), Alison Richardson (54.27), Richard East (54.30), Richard Stevens (55.06), Jim Mason (56.55), Malcolm Sargent (1.00.11), Gary Sturdy (1.03.19), Samantha Hawkridge (1.04.51), Janice Flowers (1.06.13 ), Kirsty Russell (1.07.16) and Karen Wishart (1.13.12).
Elsewhere, four members of the men’s team were in High Wycombe at the tough and hilly Wycombe 10k and half marathon races.
Steve Shaw finished the 10k in 41.58 (13th overall and second VM50) and Casper Du Buisson crossed the line in 52.28, while Duncan Hamilton ran the half marathon in 1.38.25 and Dave Stears finished it in 1:58.27.

In other running news, Louise Tainsh ran the Vitality Run London 10k, raising valuable funds for the Anorexia and Bulimia Care charity.
Carly Dollman, meanwhile, competed for GB in the ETU European Triathlon Championships age group sprint distance race in Geneva in the 25-29 age group, finishing 15th overall.
She was sixth after the swim (12:41), posted the 14th-fastest bike time (40:59) and the 17th-fastest run time (23.02).
