After AYFC’s home match with FC Unique was called off due to the home side’s county suspension, it left two games between the top four sides as the Aylesbury Sunday Combination Premier League hots up before its split in the second half of the season.

Two Touch pulled six points clear with an routine 7-1 win over third-placed Bucks FC after two goals each for Daniel Parsons and Lynton Gosss. Musa Schmidt, Sean Coles and Mo Johnson also all made the score sheet while Archie White netted a consolation goal for Bucks.

Weavers Warriors almost ended second-placed Aylesbury Flooring’s chance to go level on points with Two Touch as the home side went into a 2-0 lead through two Steve Lindsay goals.

However, Flooring staged a comeback and goals from Adam Beckett, Giorgio Magnocavallo and Rob Smail put the visitors 3-2 ahead before goalkeeper Lee Parrack saved Callum Jenkins’ spot-kick to ensure all three points.
