Aylesbury Flooring are the sole SLN representatives in the semi-finals of the Vale of Aylesbury Cup after knocking out league rivals Two Touch 2-1.
Giorgio Magnocallo gave the visitors an early lead before Tom Brindley doubled Flooring’s tally from the penalty spot after he had been hauled down.
Lynton Goss grabbed goal back with a penalty of his own to get the cup holders back in the game but despite heavy Two Touch pressure, Aylesbury goalkeeper Lee Parrack preserved his side’s advantage.
Two Touch have now not won in three games.
Weavers went down 3-1 over in Chesham to Last Post FC - Craig Beale grabbing a consolation goal - while Pioneer beat Chesham Athletic 5-3. Chalfont Saints’ encounter with Magpies 91 was frozen off.
In league action, Real Social Dads finally won a league game when they ran out 6-4 winners over FC Unique in an exhilarating game packed with drama.
Unique raced into a 2-0 lead through James Brown and Jens Von Haefons’ 40-yard strike before Matty Prince pulled a goal back, but Von Haefon re-established Unique’s two-goal lead with his second.
However, the Dads kept going and pulled it back to 3-2, only for Unique goalkeeper Taz Ashall to smash home a 40-yard free-kick to beat fellow goalkeeper James Green and give his side a 4-2 half-time lead.
The second half belonged to Real Social, though, as they scored three goals in 10 minutes to lead for the first time before a late sixth secured a thrilling victory.
In the other league game, Bucks FC beat Chearsley Cricketers 3-1 over in Towersey to go top of Division One. Ray Long plus a brace from Stefan Wilson sealed the points.
