2. Derby keen on Charles
Derby County are interested in Bolton Wanderers striker Dion Charles, a report from Football League World has claimed. Charles has scored eight goals for Bolton this season and has proved to be a top League One striker in recent years. Photo: Getty Images
3. Wigan want Palace man
According to London News Online, Wigan Athletic are interested in signing Crystal Palace defender Tayo Adaramola on loan for the remainder of the campaign, officially declaring that they have renewed their summer interest in the player. Adaramola spent the first half of the campaign with fellow League One side Stockport County, but struggled with injuries and was limited to just 10 appearances for Dave Challinor’s side. 4. Burnley bid for Whittaker
Burnley have submitted a bid for Plymouth Argyle winger Morgan Whittaker. This is according to Pete O'Rourke, who has revealed that the Clarets have reignited their interest in the wide player, who was of interest to them during the summer transfer window. Whittaker, 24, scored the winner for the Pilgrims in the FA Cup third round clash against Brentford on Saturday, and has shone at times this season following an excellent 2023/24 campaign.
