The early round draws for the FA Cup and FA Trophy were revealed by the Football Association on Friday morning, with both Aylesbury United and Aylesbury FC discovering their fate.

In the Emirates FA Cup, the Ducks face a home tie against fellow Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central side Northwood. While the tie is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, there is a possibility the date will change as landlords Thame United have a potential home tie on that date dependant on extra preliminary round results.

In the FA Trophy, United will take on former Ryman League adversaries Heybridge Swift, also at the Ducks’ new home at the ASM Stadium. The date for this tie is Saturday, October 3, with the winners travelling to either Hanwell Town or Cheshunt.

As for the Moles, they will face a trip to either Ampthill Town or near neighbours Risborough Rangers on August 29 in the FA Cup, and in the FA Trophy, FC will host Hythe Town of Ryman Division One South on October 3. The full draw can be found on the FA website.
