The club received a report that during 2019/20 its charitable giving totalled around £23,000.00, with a further £3,500.00 committed.

President Neil commented “Although due to the current lockdown situation, we have had to cancel some of our fund-raising events for 2020 like our popular Classic Car Rally, and the Winslow Show will not be held this year, our members have been active within the community helping out where we can – often in conjunction with other local organisations.

"Also, despite the lockdown we have continued a full programme of meetings, albeit by Zoom, of course!

"But this has given us opportunities as well as challenges.

"Tonight, for example, we have a speaker talk to our 40 members about life in the Falkland Islands – from the Falkland Islands! The wonders of technology!”
