Wheel be watching! Tour de Vale bikers saddling up

Bikers will be zipping past homes today for the Tour de Vale – and it is not too late to join them.

With route changes for 2015, the Mix 96 Tour de Vale bike ride take place with three routes through Bucks.

Last year was the largest-ever with 1,800 riders raising over £46,000.

The ride is for charity WheelPower as it strives to transform the lives of disabled children and adults.

All three routes, which are signposted and marshalled, start and finish at Stoke Mandeville Stadium.

The 100km route starts between 9am and 9.30am, the 60km starts between 10am and 10.30am, and the 25km riders set off between 10.30am and 11am.

You can still register this morning, by arriving in plenty of time before the start of the ride.

It is£30 for adults and free for children under 16.

Helmets are compulsory and there is no parking at the stadium.
