The cause of a traffic jam in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, this lunchtime has been revealed.
A police spokesman said: “A car was stopped under Section 165 for having no insurance.
“The vehicle has now been recovered.”
Drivers reported delays of up to 20 minutes because of the incident.
