Hampden Fields campaigners delivered 5,000 letters of objection on the scheme to Aylesbury Vale District Council on Thursday.
The campaign group objects to revised plans for 3,000 homes on a site between Weston Turville and Bedgrove.
Around 50 people attended the rally and a round of applause broke out as each box was carried into the building.
The boxes were also applauded into the car park at the council’s Gateway building, as they arrived on the back of a truck.
