Travis, whose real name is David Patrick Griffin, is to be retried on one count of sexual assault and one count of indecent assault, it was announced at Southwark Crown Court.

Travis, who was found not guilty of 12 charges of indecent assault earlier this month moved from his previous house in Mentmore to a bungalow in the village, near Aston Clinton, to help him pay court costs.

Both the prosecution and defence agreed there would be a two-week trial, for which a date is yet to be set.

The two outstanding charges relate to an allegation of indecent assault against a woman in the early 1990s and an alleged sexual assault on a journalist in 2008.
