Budget supermarket Aldi has opened the doors to its second store in Aylesbury today (Thursday), with a ribbon cutting ceremony performed by store manager, Peter Grinnell.
The store, located on Rimmington Way, has created 45 jobs and is currently recruiting for assistant store manager, deputy store manager, store assistant and stock assistant roles.

Standing at 1,140sqm with 112 car parking spaces, the store will offer around 1,500 product lines including fresh produce and a wide range of weekly ‘Specialbuys’.
Aldi’s ‘Specialbuys’ occur every Thursday and Sunday and offer customers a range of products from sportswear to electrical items. Opening week reduced ‘Specialbuys’ include: Leather Chair and Footstools (was £99.99, now £59.99), DAB & FM Bluetooth Radio (was £24.99, now £14.99), Compact Bread Makers (was £39.99, now £24.99) and Deluxe Air Bed with Pumps (was £39.99, now £29.99).

Following its opening, the store, located on 4 Rimmington Way, Aylesbury, HP19 8AW, will be open: Monday – Saturday: 8am – 10pm; Sunday: 10am – 4pm.
