Twin Harry Cheesman is through to the grand final of The Sun newspaper’s cute baby competition, even though his identical twin brother wasn’t picked.

We previously reported that the youngster was through to the semi-finals of the competition, with a call for Aylesbury residents to get behind the Fairford Leys tot.

Mum Kelly Cheesman thinks that it is seven-month-old Harry’s cheeky smile that gave him the edge over brother Matthew, even though the pair look exactly alike.

She said: “I think it must just have been the different pictures I submitted.

“It may also be their smiles, Harry definitely has the cheeky smile, and Matthew has the happy smile.

“When I saw The Sun advert I thought I would give it a go, because I never did anything like this with my older son.

“I know I’m being biased but I think they are all gorgeous.”

Harry is the only tot from Buckinghamshire to get through to the finals, and Kelly hopes that readers will get behind him.

If he wins he will get £1,000 in prize money, and a special photoshoot with royal photographer Arthur Edwards.
