Harry said: “I have interviewed all the candidates on my radio show before so I wanted to then have a debate featuring all of them.

“They are all very excited about it.”

The debate will be 90 minutes long and will feature an opening statement by each candidate, followed by eight pre-selected questions submitted by students before it is opened up to questions from the floor.

Harry said: “Although it is a debate being produced by students it is not just for students, it is for everyone.

“I would like to thank my politics teacher Matthew Evans for his help in putting this on.”
