There are a choice of 100km, 60km or 25km routes.

Two thousand places are available across the three rides, with the family event over 25km limited to a capacity of 725.

The routes are the same as last year with the 25k ride taking in villages including Bishopstone, Ford and Kimblewick while the 60k route will take in Mentmore, Whitchurch and North Marston as well as a climb at Waddesdon Manor.

Meanwhile, the main 100k route takes in the Chesham area including a climb at Wendover Woods.

Entry costs £15 for adults on the 25km and 60km routes and £20 for adults on the 100km route, with under-16s able to take part in the family ride for free.

The action starts from 9am on the 100k route, 10am on the 60k route and 10.30am on the 25k route.

Last year’s event raised £57,000 for charity, with organisers hoping to improve on those efforts this time around.

The event is organised by WheelPower in association with Mix 96.

Various sign-up events will be held in Aylesbury later in the year, with the first at Friars Square Shopping Centre on April 8 between 10am and 4pm.
