Search is on for UK’s best-loved nursery

You can nominate your child’s nursery for the Practical Parenting & Pregnancy Little People Best Loved Nursery of Year Competition 2012.

Great work goes on in early year’s settings across the country every day and now Fisher-Price has teamed up with Practical Parenting & Pregnancy and MadeForMums to give parents a chance to say thank you, by nominating the practitioners they just couldn’t live without.

Daniella Delaney, the editor of Practical Parenting & Pregnancy, said: ‘’I’m so pleased that the fantastic hard work that’s going on in preschool nurseries up and down the country will be recognised and rewarded with this award.

“These teams put smiles on our little ones’ faces and provide a fun and stimulating environment.

“Parents not only put a lot of trust in their preschool carers but also ask a lot of them, and it’s wonderful to be able to have the opportunity to say thank you in this way.”

Not only will the winner have the honour of being crowned Britain’s best-loved nursery and have their story featured in the magazine, but they’ll receive £2,000 cash and Fisher-Price Little People toys for their preschool or nursery.

Two runners-up winners will each receive £250 worth of Little People toys, plenty to keep their tots busy!

Nominations are welcomed for any group that has made a real difference to the lives of the children in their care or gone the extra mile to make mums and dads lives that little bit easier.
