Two runners braved the hottest day of the year to complete a 16.6-mile route around Princes Risborough in memory of a wife and mum who lost her battle with cancer aged just 34.
Julie Perrottet, who died in July last year, left husband Nick and three young children.
Tuesday, July 19, would have been her 36th birthday, so Scott White, along with Julie’s father Kirk, tackled a route with memorable locations visited on the way, finishing at the family’s home. The runners are pictured setting off from a livery where Julie spent time.
So far more than £2,000 has been raised for the Willow Foundation, a charity which provided a memorable day out for Julie and her family to Lapland UK during her relatively short battle with cancer. Visit www.justgiving.com/JuliePerrottet1
