Pokemon Go taxi service launches in Aylesbury

A taxi company in Aylesbury is giving customers searching for Pokemon the chance to play their game while being driven around in one of their cabs.

Falcon Taxis first posted on social media about the special offer last week, and staff have been surprised by the numbers of enquiries they have received about it.

General manager Aadam Azram said: “A few members of our team suggested the idea.

“We posted about it on Facebook last week and have had many enquiries.

“We have already had some bookings and some more are lined up for the rest of this week.”

As part of the offer, customers can pay £20 per hour to be driven around Aylesbury in pursuit of Pokemon.

Customers are collected from an agreed point and then advise the driver where they would like to go.

Mr Azram said: “We have been pleasantly surprised at how many people have enquired about this.”
