The group of 13-15 year olds took part in workshops at Aylesbury College including mechanics and engineering, catering and arts and media as part of Bucks Inspired, a new initiative organised by the county council’s youth service.

Zahir Mohammed, county council cabinet member for education and skills said: “I’m delighted we’ve been able to run this pilot programme, which will do a great deal to inspire our young people by giving them a taste of what they could aspire to.”
