Noodle Nation had a reason to celebrate this morning (Tuesday) after winning the Mix 96 pancake race for the fourth year in a row.

Fourteen teams took part in the race, held annually on Pancake Day in Kingsbury in Aylesbury.

Noodle Nation were joined in the final by Friars Square Shopping Centre, Avondale Care Home and Rogue Leisure.

Earlier, Captain Quack from the Waterside Theatre won the mascot race, which also featured the Mix Monster, Florrie Bear from Florence Nightingale Hospice and the Rennie Bear from Rennie Grove Hospice.

Mix 96 presenter Darren Scott said: “It’s great to see so many local businesses accepting the challenge and helping us to raise money for our Charity of The Year.”
