Just A Minute presenter Nicolas Parsons has died at Stoke Mandeville Hospital aged 96.
The veteran broadcaster, who lived just outside Princes Risborough passed away after a 'short illness' according to his family.
He died in the early hours of this morning.
Mr Parsons presented Just A Minute since the BBC Radio Four show began in 1967, and has appeared on many TV shows throughout his long career, including alongside Benny Hill, and on Have I Got News for You.
A statement from Mr Parson's family read: ""He was with his beloved family who will miss him enormously and who wish to thank the wonderful staff at the Stoke Mandeville Hospital."
