Simon Protheroe charged with possession of firearm while committing a robbery

Following a Thames Valley Police investigation a man has been charged with multiple offences in Wycombe.

Simon Protheroe, aged 37, of Wycombe Road, Saunderton was charged on Saturday (21/12) with one count of possession of a firearm while committing a robbery, one count of driving while disqualified and one count of using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.

The charge is in connection with an incident that occurred at around 10.30pm on Friday 20 December on High Street, High Wycombe.

Protheroe is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 10 February 2020.
