Plans approved for Princes Risborough Communtiy Centre cafe, function room and bar

Following a successful Public Consultation, major extension works on Princes Risborough Community Centre will commence on March 9.

The extension which is due to be completed by the December 2020 will include a new function room & bar measuring approx. 2,077sq ft, a 60-seater café, additional toilet facilities, and will also see improved heating & drainage facilities for the current centre which will work alongside environmentally friendly energy solutions.

The project which is scheduled to cost £750,000 is being funded following a £430,000 loan from PWLB (Public Works Loan board) with the remainder being covered by a £150k grant from Wycombe District Council and Town Council resources.

undertake the extension and renovation works, which have been designed by local architects Morgan Architectural Designs.
