Campaigners have been living at the camp as they wage war on the HS2 project, on behalf of the thousands of people up and down the line who are affected by the rail scheme.

Some campaigners went up into the trees which inspired Roald Dahl's Fantastic Mr Fox, but are set to be bulldozed to make way for the high speed rail link, at a time when less people than ever are travelling by train.
