It has also been reported that chatter between hairdresser and client should be kept to a minimum, to avoid spreading the virus.

When announcing this first significant easing of the lockdown, which also means that hospitality businesess and hotels can reopen, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said: “our long national hibernation is beginning to come to an end.”

But that hibernation came to an end sooner for the dogs, and dog grooming salons were able to open last month.

"After I was made redundant I took it upon myself to start up a business with what I am passionate in and love doing!

"The salon is fully air conditioned! I have lots of appointments available for those dogs in need of a post-lockdown trim!"

Like Hannah, many businesses in Bucks have also had to adapt in response to the coronavirus lockdown, but in the case of KLS, based in Pitstone Green Business Park, after a shaky start they have now had to adapt to keep up with demand!

The businesses supplies cleaning and hygiene products to the catering trade, and has been busy helping firms get the items they need to adhere to the Government's re-opening guidelines.

Business owner David Lawless, said: "We also supply PPE including hand gel, gloves and face masks so have been busy supplying those workplaces getting ready to open their doors again.

"We are a family business based in Pitstone and because our business supplies restaurants and caterers we lost over 90% of our business since the start of lockdown.

"If any local restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, caterers, care homes want to help a local business we would love to quote and win more local business. We are more often than not able to beat prices offered by our national competitors."
