At around 3.30pm on Wednesday 8 July, a resident in Buckingham Road received a knock on the door from two men claiming to be electricians.

The men told the victim that work needed to be done in their back garden. Once they had entered the house, they went upstairs and took an amount of cash then left.

The person depicted in the first e-fit image is described as a white male, aged between 35 and 40-years-old and of medium build. He has dark brown or black hair that covers his ears. He was wearing a dark coloured coat.

The person depicted in the second e-fit image is described as a white male, aged between 15 and 16-years-old and of slim build. He has short, light brown hair pushed to the side. He was wearing a dark blue jacket with white stripes. He is described as having slightly protruding front teeth with a gap in-between.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Bruce Wilson, based at Aylesbury police station, said: “This is an upsetting incident where the offenders fraudulently gained entry to the victim’s home.

“I am keen to hear from anyone who recognises the individuals in these e-fit images or anyone who may have any information or doorbell camera footage that could assist with this investigation.
