Police chiefs said they discovered a window smashed by what they believe to be a firearm.

Daniel Anderson, aged 34, of Radnor Road, Luton, was charged yesterday (20/5) with one count of being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine, one count of dangerous driving and one count of possession of a Section 5 firearm (electronic stun device).

It follows an incident in Park Street, Aylesbury on Tuesday (19/5) at around 12.40pm when a vehicle failed to stop for police.

Following a pursuit, a vehicle was stopped in Coldharbour Lane and a man was arrested.

Anderson will appear at Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court today (21/5)

Speaking at the time investigating officer, Detective Constable Fred Ruffle, of Aylesbury Force CID, said: “As a result of our initial enquiries, we believe that the damage to the window of the property was caused by a firearm being discharged."
