And in Market Square a very special event, which marked 100 years since the first Remembrance ceremony was attended by hundreds of people, there is a double page spread of images from the Remembrance Day event in Wednesday's Bucks Herald newspaper.
1. We shall remember them
Aylesbury fell silent at 11am on Sunday, to remember those who have given their lives in conflicts around the world.
2. Laying a wreath
Hundreds of people turned out for the 100th Remembrance event. Those present included representatives from the armed forces, Scouts, Guides and cadets, emergency services and local dignitaries.
Veterans also joined in the act of remembrance. The Market Square event included the laying of poppy wreaths as well as prayers and music.
4. Last post
A parade of services and emergency services personnel, as well as community groups also trooped through the town centre on the day.
