For Aylesbury Vale a huge issue is HS2, and none of the major parties have shown their hand yet on whether the deeply flawed scheme should go ahead.

But if the outcome of the exit poll is correct, is the Government that we get a Conservative majority of 369 seats with 191 for Labour.

On man in Aylesbury, when asked what the election meant to him and why he was voting Labour, said: "Everything really, especially Boris Johnson - I don't think he should be in Government. He doesn't have a clue. He doesn't even know how to do his hair let alone anything else. The guy's a complete muppet - he's just like Donald Trump."

And a voter in Wendover, who said they had voted Conservative, said: "I think it's Boris. There's no way on this planet I could vote for Jeremy Corbyn. Not a chance.

"For me he's not decisive enough. His unwillingness to take a stance on Brexit and a few other issues - I don't find him credible enough to be in Number Ten."

At Haydon Community Centre in Aylesbury we asked some voters about whether social media (a big issue this General Election) had influenced the way they voted, and what they liked about their chosen party's manifesto.

One Tory supporter said: "I've been a Conservative voter all my life and so I wouldn't need to (read the manifesto). I'm not saying they're perfect. My biggest issue is with social care - what the hell are they going to do with that? But they're the best of a bad bunch really. I think it's a generational thing. You're influenced by your parents initially but then you carry on and make your own mind up, but I certainly wouldn't sit and read a manifesto."
