Could empty retail unit in Aylesbury 'Exchange' development be filled soon?

While they cannot announce anything concrete because information is currently commercially sensitive, they have issued a promising statement.

The Council said there currently were plans for the spot, next to the Aylesbury Steakhouse and Grill.

They said: "Yes, we have plans for the unit.

"There's been a lot of interest.

"We can't say at the moment who from but we will be making an announcement in the near future."

With planned redevelopment for Aylesbury Vale Retail Park and other areas in town, let's hope the town centre can become a thriving shopping centre again.
