A trained cabinetmaker, managing director Simon Taylor founded his eponymous business in 1985.

All of the furniture they sell is made on site at their modern workshop in Bierton.

During his 35 year career, Simon has handcrafted pieces for Linley while also working directly with architects and interior designers for their own schemes.

His consumer-facing business has focused on the design, manufacture and project management of luxury bespoke interior renovations for clients ranging from kitchens, bedrooms and bathroom projects in Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties including the renovation of a Stately Home.

Simon Taylor, managing director, Simon Taylor Furniture says: “I have always had a passion for making truly bespoke furniture and the last 35 years have been both very fruitful and enjoyable as no two projects have ever been the same. I have also been fortunate to become good friends with many of our clients in Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties.

“We are celebrating this anniversary by making a major investment in the future of our business, both with the refurbishment of the showroom and the creation of a new digital platform to showcase the Simon Taylor Furniture brand. I am excited about the plans we are undertaking as I am already looking forward to our next big anniversary, in five years’ time.”
