DAVID MICHAEL PRICE, 36 of Grove Way Waddesdon

Stole £44 worth of meat from CoOp in Steeple Claydon on 25/04/2020.

Sentenced to 100 hours of community service, must pay compensation of £44 and £85 in Crown Prosecution Service costs.

MANI O'SULLIVAN, 26 of Long Meadow, Aylesbury

Failed to provide a specimen at Aylesbury Police Station when suspected of having driven a vehicle while under the influence on 30/05/2020.

Pleaded guilty and was fined £880, victim surcharge £88 and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service. He has also been disqualified from driving for 16 months.

MICHAEL DOUGLAS IAN ALDESLEY, 29 of Cambridge Street Aylesbury

On 03/01/2020 he assaulted a woman who we have chosen not to name to protect her identity.

Committed to prison for two months suspended for 24 months. Magistrates said that a custodial sentence was necessary due to the assault being 'sustained' and 'serious'.

He must also take part in an accredited course to tackle his behaviour and a restraining order has been granted by the court on the request of the victim.

Aldesley must pay £500 compensation and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

NAZID HUSSAIN, 34 of Oak Green, Aylesbury

Drove over the 30mph speed limit in High Wycombe. Speed recorded at 38mph.

Fined £40, victim surcharge £32, costs of £85 and disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

IAIN LEE, 47 of Marsh Road, Little Kimble

Drove over the 30mph speed limit in Monks Risborough. Speed recorded at 54mph.

Fined £666, victim surcharge £66, costs of £85 and licence endorsed with six penalty points.

CLAIRE SAMANTHA ANNE SESSIONS, 31 of Park Place, Amersham

Assaulted a nurse at The Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury on 28/08/2019. Pleaded guilty.

Conditional discharge for 12 months, victim surcharge of £21.

Criminal damage to a door at The Whiteleaf Centre, conditional discharge 12 months.
