Aylesbury retirement home invites generations to come together to celebrate Christmas
With Christmas on its way, Churchill Retirement Living is inviting the people of Aylesbury to join local school children and its Owners for a festive carol concert at its Oscar Lodge development on Cambridge Street.
Pupils from Elmhurst School will perform a special carol service for Owners and the local community at the Lodge on Tuesday 10th December at 1.30pm.
Anne Scherrer, Regional Marketing Manager at Churchill Retirement Living, said: “It will be wonderful to see the pupils from Elmhurst School joining us at Oscar Lodge this Christmas. The festive season is the perfect time for the generations to come together and celebrate, and there will be a warm welcome from our friendly community of Owners.
“We’re inviting the whole community to come along and enjoy some festive cheer, mince pies and sherry, and there will be plenty of opportunities to join in with the carols too. It’s the perfect opportunity for everyone to see what the Churchill lifestyle is all about”
Oscar Lodge is a collection of one and two bedroom apartments designed exclusively for the over 60s, just a short distance from public transport links, shops and all the local amenities on offer in the heart of town.
The carol singing is just one of festive events being held at the Lodge in the run up to Christmas. To find out more visit the show complex, open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, call 01296 768 902 or visit www.churchillretirement.co.uk.
