Police have been out and about ensuring that everyone abides by coronavirus lockdown rules

A rare moment of calm was celebrated by the police, who have been having to disburse groups of young people at Edingburgh Playing Fields Park in Churchill Avenue regularly.

Officers put out an exasperated tweet today, saying that while the clear scene was welcome, it is nothing like what they have been seeing and they hope that it is not short lived.
