Former Aylesbury College student, Emona Savova, is the latest graphic and web designer at Framework Digital.

The Aylesbury-based business offered Emona the role due to both the talent and positive attitude, she displayed on placements completed during her studies.

Emona said: "I have learned a lot from Tomas (Pukalski framework director) and am keen to keep learning. My favourite aspect of website design is communicating with customers and understanding exactly what they have in mind. I can then create their web design projects, as close as possible to their imagination.”

Emona first started collaborating with the small business back in 2018 when she was still completing her studies. She continued to work with the company after graduating, while she was also busy completing assignments in photography and working a part-time job at H&M.

Director at the company, Tomas added: She's super resilient and hard-working, we're happy that she's eventually got this full-time job, now that businesses are restarting."

A company spokesperson further outlined the reasons why they offered Emona the role referencing her first interview three years ago, when she was hoping to secure the placement. The spokesperson said: "In that first interview, we were instantly impressed by Emona’s positive attitude. She demonstrated a good visual eye and technical knowledge. She knew that graphics and web design were the career path that she wanted to pursue and we saw her potential.

"Emona has always been keen to learn and this has ensured that her skills and competency have developed. With her fresh perspective, she has contributed many ideas to our discussions about the best way to fulfil client briefs.

"The unpredictability of the last year has delayed our decision to offer Emona a full-time position with us. Fortunately, we now have a strong pipeline of prospects and projects. With our web design and digital marketing services in demand, it is great to have Emona on board."
